Open since 2014, the creamery makes cheese two or three days a week. They store it in their own cheese caves, and they sell it at their on-site cheese shop.
There are several other types of cheddar, too. This includes award-winning Lucky Linda clothbound cheddar, which is aged for at least six months in the creamery’scheese caves

Red Temper, a honey chipotle cheddar, is also popular. Other cheddar choices include garlic cheddar, the sharp Margie Cheddar, and more.
If cheddar’s not your thing, Redhead Creamery also makes delicious tilsiter, Munster, and brie

You can enjoy these cheeses in the tasting room or buy them in the cheese shop, where you can also get many other locally made goodies. Redhead also makes deliveries throughout the state, and there are events – such as the Cheese Curd Festival – where you can celebrate your love of the cheese
There are also opportunities to tour the dairy farm. You’ll learn about all that goes into the cheese-making process, see the dairy cows, and learn about the farm’s sustainability and conservation efforts. This tour is great for people of all ages!
