The Hubbell House is a historic restaurant in the tiny southern Minnesota town of Mantorville. Minnesota became a state on May 11, 1858, but people have been in the Land of 10,000 Lakes for much longer. The state was first home to Native Americans, who have been here for millennia. Then, the first European settlers arrived in the 1600s. A couple hundred years later, one of the state’s first restaurants was established.
