Open since 2014, the creamery makes cheese two or three days a week. They store it in their own cheese caves, and they sell it at their on-site cheese shop.
There are several other types of cheddar, too. This includes award-winning Lucky Linda clothbound cheddar, which is aged for at least six months in the creamery’scheese caves
Red Temper, a honey chipotle cheddar, is also popular. Other cheddar choices include garlic cheddar, the sharp Margie Cheddar, and more.
