Minnesota Bluegrass Winter Weekend, Three incredible days packed with band showcases, Saturday night headline concert, dances, workshops, instrument exhibitors, and plenty of around-the-clock informal jam sessions. It all takes place in a comfortable, indoor setting at the beautiful Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West in Plymouth, MN.
Showcase of Bands: More than 40 Minnesota Bluegrass member bands will perform on two stages all three days; Friday, March 04, through Sunday, March, 6th. Showtimes are 6:00 PM to Midnight on Friday, 10:30 AM to 10:15 PM Saturday, and 9:45 AM to 2:00 PM on Sunday afternoon. A list of groups and detailed stage schedules will be posted soon!

Winter Bluegrass Weekend Old-Time Headliner will be Erynn Marshall and Carl Jones, old-time musicians and inspired tunesmiths from Galax, Virginia.
Founded in 1975, the Minnesota Bluegrass & Old-Time Music Association now has close to 1000 members and 100 member bands who love bluegrass, old-time string band, and related acoustic music. Our mission is to preserve and promote bluegrass and old-time stringband music in and around the state of Minnesota. We’re a non-profit organization, presenting four festivals each year as well as a variety of jam sessions and other special events. Join us to become part of this wonderful group of people and help us continue to bring traditional acoustic music to the Upper Midwest.
