A Curated Show Celebrating AAPI Creatives | Saturday, April 30 | 2pm | Allianz Field

Spring 2022 Line-Up & Tickets: We’ve waited for this moment for a very long time and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you!  Please join us, April 24th – 30th, for ‘Awake’ presented by #FashionWeekMN a multi-event celebration of our local #FashionCommunity featuring a wide range of producers, designers, boutiques, brands, venues and more. Please get to know this season’s participants and show them lots of #FWMN love!

La Vie En Rose | Sunday, April 24 | 1pm | The Hutton House

Producers Rose + Bull will be showcasing La Vie En Rose. La Vie En Rose will be rich with color, inclusivity, and inspiring secondhand fashion. This event is an opportunity for you to wear your favorite, most fabulous ensemble and connect with members of the local fashion community during our opening social hour. Guests will then find their seats to enjoy the runway show featuring Minneapolis talent dressed in eccentric, vintage garments from local businesses including Glam Diggers Vintage, Frock Queen, Lady L. Vintage, Rosella Vintage, Showstopper Vintage and The Red Eye. Models will be adorned with accessories from Celina Kane Millinery and Nizhoni Jewelry Design LLC. Following the runway show, guests will have the opportunity to shop directly from the featured businesses in the form of a pop-up market. We hope to inspire our audience to dabble into the world of slow fashion for themselves and to see “life through rose-colored glasses”.

Dirty Laundry | Sunday, April 24 | 6pm | Hook and Ladder

The Hook & Ladder Theater and Bedroom Floor are proud to present Dirty Laundry! Come indulge in an evening showcasing local designers and watch as their designs are brought to life on the runway and through dance.

Designers: AGE, s.c.r.a.p.s., Olim, SHExclusive, Style by Kari, Damon Productions, Bedroom Floor Longerae

Native Starlight | Monday, April 25 | 5pm | Machine Shop

The fashion show will showcase original Native design & style brought by Osamuskwasis from the Great Mountains of the Cree Nation in Alberta, Canada; Lauren Good Day from the Great Plains of the Mandan/Hidatsa/Arikara Nation, Ft. Berthold, North Dakota; and Delina White from the Great Lakes of the Anishinaabe, Leech Lake, Minnesota.

The evening will be filled with connections, depictions and references to the celestial beings in the utmost respectful manner, remembering and honoring our relatives who appear to us in the night’s sky in the form of a star.

Picnic: A Floral Fashion Frenzy | Tuesday, April 26 | 6pm | Glass House

Frolic with Picnic as the rich talents of the north are celebrated! Picnic: A Floral Fashion Frenzy is an immersive fashion show featuring the creations of Minnesota’s best fashion and accessory designers, styled by Amy Seeman. Featured designers include: Karen Morris Millinery, Serge & Jane, Molly Pepper, Goldfine Jewelry, Bean + Ro, Ramdhan Designs Play by Marley, Citizen T, Honey P’s Boutique, May Baby Vintage, Carrie Ann MN, Jaxon Grey, Little G’s Jewelry, and Jen Beaupre Designs. Guests will experience a range of floral and fashion experiences in a curated futurist picnic environment.

Into the Studio | Wednesday, April 27 | 4pm | Northrup King Building

Come to the Strey Collective studio to get to know the designers and their collections. As the joyful spring collections will be presented on models, the designers will share their insights. They will discuss sustainability from a maker’s viewpoint, how it all works, what goes into the collection and what is the driving force to work in the industry. Catch a glimpse behind the scenes and shop the collections. Featuring collections from: Danielle Everine, Strey Designs, Joeleen Torvick, Eco Resale, Strey Secondhand, Mar N Apparel, and Errin Sorlie.

Luxe Streetwear | Wednesday, April 27 | 6:30pm | The Whim

Luxe Streetwear is the timeless avant guard mixed with the delicate and classic silhouettes of all time. Come enjoy a moment in time with Seven Fashion Designers adorned with jewelry by two Jewelry Designers. Designers include: Qe’Bella Couture, Penash, WetByBre, Eva La Cuz, Vonna Del, SENTI Designs, D-E-S-I-G-N LLC, BoldSoulDesign, and Intentional Mantra.

Cocktails & Conversations with the Designers: Celebrating Personal Expression through Fashion! | Thursday, April 28 | 4pm | MartinPatrick3

MartinPatrick3 is excited to showcase five of the most exciting designers from a curated list of 2022 Brand Partners for an evening of cocktails and conversation. Learn about what inspires each of them on a day-to-day basis in creating their collection and what makes up their brand’s fashion ethos. All guests are encouraged to express their style and art through dress. The Spring Line-Up will include: Monadic, Matias, Melke, Esquivel, and Worth & Worth.

The Black and White Nite: A Gala | Friday, April 29 | 7pm | W Minneapolis Hotel

The Black and White Night is a black-tie event to raise awareness for Sierra Leone, West Africa with less focus on what is tragic and impoverished about Sierra Leone, but more of a focus on how much talent and brilliance there is in Sierra Leone, and what can be done to assist the natural progression of raw talent and dedication.

Come witness Nancy May Kuledge, Coty Schoole, Deborah Block/Hill, Marah Talbot, Nikita Curtis, Maggie Dayton, and the grand finale full collection by Arianne Zager on the beautiful runway.

A Curated Show Celebrating AAPI Creatives | Saturday, April 30 | 2pm | Allianz Field

Coalesce will be a collaboration of AAPI designers, wardrobe, hair and makeup artists celebrating the work behind each designer’s collections on how our cultures have influenced our work and creativity. Each look will be curated by combining wardrobe, accessories, hair and makeup to showcase not only the incredible designer’s creations but the talented AAPI artists that are here within the beauty industry. The show will bring together fashion, beauty, art, and food, curating a space that represents and celebrates Minnesota’s AAPI creatives.

Evolve | Saturday, April 30 | 6:30pm | Aveda Institute

EVOLVE is back this season with a runway and pop up event hosted by The Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute featuring all local MN designers. This season’s designers are showcasing a mix of ready-to-wear, swimwear and couture that will be immediately available for purchase right after the show. We are excited to close out the Spring FWMN season with this premier fashion event! The Spring Line-Up will include: 1004 Designs, 76 Skyvue Swim, ACG, Alma Mia, Foat Design, Scott J Lehmann, Joeleen Torvick, Tila and The Textiles, Van Quigg, Strey Designs Apparel, Tonya M Yarwood Designs, Anyse Fashion.
