ASI’s Nordic Table Series celebrates and explores our northern foodways—from heritage traditions to the contemporary New Nordic movement—through workshops, demonstrations, food events, tastings and lectures. Nordic Table events connect us as we celebrate, learn and share stories together.
Nordic Table classes are either held in-person or virtually. Be sure to confirm whether a class is in-person or virtual prior to registering.
