Saint Paul Winter Carnival – St. Paul, MN

Returning for its 137th year, the Winter Carnival is St. Paul’s annual winter celebration that shows the world we know how to party. Attracting over 100,000 visitors to St. Paul, the carnival fills downtown with winter buzz. From Rice Park, the Landmark Center to the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, the area becomes a wonderland of fun winter activities.

Most events are free, open to the public, and will take place in downtown Saint Paul, near Rice Park and Landmark Center, as well as at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.

The 2023 Multi-Block Ice Carving Competition starts Thursday, January 26th at 7 pm and ends Saturday, January 28th at 7 pm.
