Yesterday, I posted some information of the different avenues of support for the black community. Another and important avenue is to be a patron of black owned businesses. @mspmag put together a good list to start from their 5/28 article, which I’ll post in my story. @angeleassoulfood out in Brooklyn Park opened at the end of January where the Rogers family is cooking up some incredible soul food with care and love. Orders can be placed from 12PM-7:30PM daily except Mondays by calling 763-432-5642 when you arrive as orders are made fresh and come with generous portions. Pictured here is the Jerk Chicken w/ sides of mac & cheese, cabbage, and cornbread, which @phatphood was kind enough bring out my way today. Let’s continue to build bridges together. . . . . . #supportblackownedbusinesses #jerkchicken #macandcheese #cabbage #soulfood
