The Enchanted Fantasy Film Museum opened at the Maplewood Mall on June 15th, presenting a collection of film memorabilia from the last two decades, including costumes and props from Harry Potter films, The Hunger Games, Night at the Museum, Maleficent, and Jurassic Park, as well as shows like HBO’s Watchmen, The Great, Umbrella Academy, Vikings, and The Crown.
The exhibition plans to be in residence for at least a year, as Swift has signed a one-year lease on the 10,000-square-foot space.

It also features an immersive display based around The Chronicles of Narnia franchise — the series that began in 2005 with Tilda Swinton and James McAvoy, and not the upcoming Greta Gerwig adaptation — with costumes, props, and creatures from the films.

“You spend countless years, sometimes, with these people and their stories. You grow up with them. You watch them fall in love or pass away. You turn to them and their journey or adventures when you’re sad or you had a bad day or even if you’re just bored and want something more exciting out of your day.”
