The menu features all prime beef, but includes options at a variety of price points and American cuts as well as Argentinian. Gai Noi is chef An Ahmed’s latest restaurant adventure, and you can find it on the edge of Loring Park. Gai Noi, short for khao gai noi, is a type of short grain glutinous rice emblematic of the northern Xieng Khouang regions of Laos, where chef Ann and her family are from. Gai Noi is walk-in only, and built around a communal dining model. Order small plates to share as a group, and settle into the lush dining room or rooftop patio. Try the watermelon and shrimp salad, habanero wings, panang spaghetti, and the black sesame mochi bar for dessert.
